The rooms are cozy and reasonably priced, set in a gorgeous natural environment. The rooftop view is breathtaking 😍❤️, and the staff is warm and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place 👌.

I arrived at the last minute, and the service was outstanding! They even provided me with free breakfast. The venue is new and has a peaceful atmosphere. The air conditioning worked well, there was hot water, and it was conveniently located near the festival I wanted to attend. I felt very safe being there alone, and they organized local Tuk Tuks whenever I needed them. I highly recommend it! (I would just suggest having something for the mosquitoes, but I assume they're common in this area.)

I recently stayed at Sky14 Hotel in Katharagama, and it was quite a letdown. Sadly, it ranks among the worst hotels I’ve experienced. The bathrooms were in terrible shape, teeming with insects, and lacked even basic amenities like soap and towels. To make matters worse, there was no running water in the morning. The beds were not made properly, and initially, there were no clean sheets. After I asked for some, they brought out sheets that appeared used and unclean. Additionally, they required full payment upfront. In summary, both the service and cleanliness left much to be desired, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
