    Unequal Treatment for Guests

    The staff, aside from the receptionist, were quite unprofessional. Foreign guests received a warm welcome and complimentary drinks, while we were overlooked. When we questioned this, the response was rude. It's essential that all guests, whether local or international, are treated equally. Moreover, the hotel turned off the lights before 9 PM, forcing us to rely on our phone lights. However, when foreign guests arrived, the lights, including those around the pool, were turned back on. To make matters worse, the pool itself was not clean and seemed rather unhygienic.

    I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Sunflower! The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my visit. The rooms were tidy, cozy, and elegantly decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

    Great Hotel with Delicious Food

    I enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel! The food was excellent, and the room was extremely comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Additionally, the price was quite fair for the level of service and accommodations provided. I highly recommend it!

    I had a fantastic time at Hotel Sunflower! From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me with their friendly hospitality and professionalism, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed; it genuinely felt like a home away from home. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful details in the amenities and the cozy bedding. The complimentary breakfast each morning was delightful, featuring a great selection of fresh and delicious options. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short stroll from popular attractions but nestled in a calm, serene neighborhood. I would certainly choose Sunflower again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and quality during their travels!

    I was quite let down by the hotel service. The room lacked essential amenities—there was no toilet paper, no phone, and no soap. Additionally, the food wasn't enjoyable. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Misleading stay with poor facilities

    This hotel lacks essential amenities. Before we booked, we were assured there would be hot water, but upon arrival, we found no hot water at all and the water flow was painfully slow, making it hard to use. To make matters worse, there was no signal connection, which meant we couldn’t even place a phone call in case of an emergency. The staff were aware of the poor signal but failed to provide WiFi, which is simply unacceptable these days. Additionally, the washrooms were very dirty and unhygienic, making our stay quite uncomfortable. Overall, this place is misleading, poorly managed, and not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Pleasant Stay with Great Amenities

    The room was clean and equipped with air conditioning, plus there was a great hot water shower. The service during our family's stay was commendable. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, and the food was quite delicious. The swimming pool was large and included a separate baby pool, and everything was well-kept.

    Great Stay at Hotel Sunflower

    I had a fantastic time at Hotel Sunflower. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect, close to all the iconic sites. Our rooms were spotless, and I have no complaints there. The pool was also well-kept. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, and every dish was delicious. There’s plenty of space both inside and outside the rooms, plus you can play mini games like carom and table tennis. I highly recommend this place for families and larger groups. I’ll definitely return.
