The service here was quite poor, lacking any sense of hospitality. The staff seemed unhelpful and often ignored direct conversations. When we ordered breakfast, despite clearly stating our requests multiple times, what we received was quite disappointing, leaving us hungry. There was also no phone in our room to reach the reception. When we tried to call out from the balcony, they heard us but essentially ignored our attempts. Additionally, the washroom had a strong unpleasant odor, and no action was taken to address it. Overall, this hotel feels outdated and falls short in both service and infrastructure. I won't be returning and can't recommend it to anyone.

We kicked off our 14-day holiday at the Wunderbar Beach Hotel, and my three kids didn't want to leave! They loved the pool and the easy access to the private beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and always greeted us with smiles. The food was truly delicious. The owner even stopped by to introduce himself and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place!

I didn't stay at the hotel but decided to try their restaurant for lunch. Unfortunately, I have to say that the food was terrible! It was absolutely disgusting! Perhaps it was because we visited during New Year's and the chefs were on holiday, leaving inexperienced staff in charge. The Fried Rice was awful, and describing the Cuttlefish as bad, disgusting, and atrocious doesn’t even do it justice. The food was largely inedible. This might have been acceptable if the prices were reasonable, but for Fried Rice, hot butter cuttlefish, chicken curry, and two drinks, they charged nearly 7,000. That’s over 5,000 just for the meal alone, which isn’t worth it. I gave it a 2/5 instead of 1 because the drinks were surprisingly good, especially the black cat mocktail. In conclusion, I would say NEVER COME HERE IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD. However, the drinks and mocktails are decent.
