I had a wonderful experience at Mango Tree Hill! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was delightful—fresh and satisfying every morning. The atmosphere is serene, making it an ideal spot for a laid-back retreat. The only drawback was that the air conditioning could use some improvement, especially during the hotter parts of the day. However, overall, it offers excellent value for money and a cozy, home-like experience in Bentota.

The location is decent, but there aren't many vegetarian food choices available. However, the rooms are excellent, and booking an Uber or pickup is simple. The pool is also well-kept.

This is a nice spot for a relaxed stay. They provide a variety of room choices, and the ones we selected were tidy, roomy, and had all the essential amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly. Additionally, the hotel offers flexible dining options featuring local cuisine, and I found the food to be quite good as well.

I recently spent some time here and had a really positive experience overall. Place: 9/10 – The location and atmosphere are fantastic. Rooms: 9/10 – They are spacious, clean, and quite comfy. Pool: 9/10 – It's well-kept and very soothing. Food: 7/10 – The food is tasty, but I wish there were more options. Staff: 8/10 – The staff members are friendly and accommodating, although there’s a bit of room for improvement in service. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

After a few hectic nights in Kandy, this 4-day stay was just what I needed. The rooms are stunning, modern, and spacious. I loved the fantastic pool and the lovely gardens around it. Each morning, I enjoyed fresh fruits alongside my eggs for breakfast.

This place is quite lovely, cozy, and calming. We reserved our stay through MakeMyTrip since it was more affordable than booking directly with the hotel. Unfortunately, because of that, we didn’t receive the room we had hoped for. We reached out to the owner, but he was rather unfriendly and not very helpful. When we inquired about a refund, he firmly stated there would be no refund. Despite this, the three gentlemen managing the villa were truly fantastic — very accommodating and kind. We chose to remain because of their exceptional service. The rooms were tidy, the food was enjoyable, and overall, the atmosphere was genuinely relaxing.

The room was spacious, modern, and tidy, with the standout feature being the expansive pool nestled in a peaceful garden teeming with wildlife—a perfect spot to unwind. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel safe and well cared for as a solo female traveler during my visit. Additionally, the property is just a short stroll from a beautiful beach, along with several excellent restaurants nearby. The Wi-Fi worked well in the communal dining area, though the connection in my room was somewhat inconsistent.
