To start, the staff were wonderful and incredibly helpful. I want to give a special mention to Pradeep at the pool bar and his coworker, who were both very friendly and accommodating.

Stunning beach location for a hotel
This hotel boasts an incredible setting. The long, expansive, sandy beach is uncrowded and located on a secluded peninsula, making it truly special. To reach the hotel, you first enter from the mainland and then take a boat provided by the hotel for transportation.

Great experience but slow service
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is due to the slow service; I had to wait quite a while for basic items. The rooms are quite spacious, and the swimming pool is really large. There are also some good restaurants in the resort.

I was quite let down by my experience at NH Bentota Ceysand. We spent LKR 63,000 for a single night on a full board basis, which we booked directly over the phone. The service and overall experience didn’t meet my expectations, especially considering the price.
