    Clean Room with Homemade Breakfast

    The hotel room was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was tasty and homemade. The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, it's quite a distance from the main restaurant area and tuk-tuks, so be prepared for a 15-20 minute walk into town (bring a flashlight for nighttime). We appreciated the walk and often spotted lizards, mongooses, snakes, and many butterflies. On the downside, we experienced no hot water, limited WiFi, and the TV didn’t work at all. The power went out a few times during the night, and we had no water for half a day due to a plumbing issue, although they did fix that quickly. Additionally, the curtains didn’t effectively block out light. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but if you're seeking better amenities, they may not be guaranteed.

    Great stay at Hotel Black Mustang

    I had a really enjoyable experience at Hotel Black Mustang. It's a place that offers peace and freedom. They provide all kinds of food and drinks. The friendly staff and delicious meals were complemented by a high standard of cleanliness and good service. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a stay. The atmosphere was unpredictable in a positive way. I had a wonderful time at Black Mustang, and I plan to return next time.

    Comfortable stay at Hotel Mustang

    I had a wonderful time at Hotel Mustang! The room was tidy and cozy, equipped with modern features. The staff were welcoming and helpful, ensuring that both check-in and check-out went smoothly. Its location near Dambulla town made it easy to explore the area. All in all, it was a delightful stay and offered good value for the price.

    Wonderful stay with great service

    We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The service was top-notch, and the owners were exceptionally warm and hospitable. Breakfast was truly delightful, featuring fresh fruits and a selection of flavorful Sri Lankan dishes. We cherished every moment of our stay and would certainly return. Highly recommended!

    Comfortable stay in Dambulla

    We enjoyed our time at Black Mustang Hotel! We reserved the family room featuring two queen beds, which was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and we appreciated the small balcony with a table and two chairs, ideal for enjoying the morning. The food was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and very accommodating during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located just inside Dambulla city, offering a peaceful atmosphere. There's also parking available, which was a big plus for us. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

    Great staff and homely atmosphere

    This place is fantastic, and the two staff members are wonderful and very helpful. If you're interested in going on a safari, they can help arrange it, so feel free to ask them anything. It's a peaceful location as well, giving it a homestay vibe where you can truly relax.

    Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

    While searching for a hotel in Dambulla, I came across this place. Right off the bat, it earned a 5-star rating for having tea/coffee and a kettle in the room. Beyond that, the rooms are spacious and spotless, including the bathroom. They come with air conditioning, various amenities, and even a mini fridge. Although it's not the cheapest option, it truly offers great value for what you receive. Plus, since it's associated with the restaurant of the same name, ordering meals is a breeze too.
