    Charming stay with great hosts

    This cozy little homestay features wonderful hosts and is situated in a fantastic location with a stunning view of Lion Rock (Sigiriya). Each morning, the host serves generous portions of homemade Sri Lankan breakfast. The room itself is clean and quite spacious. However, the air conditioning took some time to get comfortable, leaving us a bit chilly; I wished for thicker blankets. Interestingly, there’s a tiny frog that lives in the toilet wash basin, which greeted us every morning—very cute! The host also organized an elephant safari for us, and our guide Nuwan was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable and could identify various wildlife for us. We learned a lot about wild elephants from him, making it one of the highlights of our trip.

    Cozy and Clean with Helpful Hosts

    This place is very clean and cozy, located at the end of the road, where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the sounds of nature. It's a safe area for children to play, whether in the garden or on the road. The host and his family are incredibly friendly and helpful, even arranging a trip to Polonaruwa and a safari to the nearby park. The breakfast was delightful! I highly recommend it!

    Friendly Owners and Great Views

    We spent three nights at this place, and the family running the apartments was really kind and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, and the WIFI connection was excellent. While the apartments are a bit out of the way, requiring about a 10-minute walk to reach the main road, the views of Lion's Rock and the rice fields are truly wonderful.

    Stunning Views and Warm Hospitality

    I recently enjoyed a stay at the Panoramic Royal Villa in Sigiriya, Sri Lanka, and it was an amazing experience. The villa offers breathtaking views of a beautiful rice paddy, the famous Lion Rock, and Pidurangala Rock, making our visit truly memorable. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and kind, going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. They provided us with tasty homemade breakfasts during our two-day stay. The room was equipped with AC and a water heater. The villa's garden serves as a peaceful oasis, full of nature and wildlife. While you enjoy this natural setting, be aware that encountering a few insects is part of the experience. Overall, if you value a serene atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and stunning views, the Panoramic Royal Villa is an excellent option for a memorable stay in Sigiriya.

    Wonderful stay in a serene villa

    This incredible villa, owned by a lovely family, offered a spacious and spotless room, along with a bathroom featuring hot water. The big terrace provided a stunning view of the rice fields and Sigiriya rock. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful, fully immersed in nature. Breakfast was not only tasty but also generous. The host was exceptionally kind and accommodating, even giving us a ride to Pidurangala and the bus stop. I highly recommend this place; it was one of our best experiences in Sri Lanka! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

    Charming stay with exceptional hospitality

    We just spent three nights at this beautiful accommodation run by the kindest family. It's conveniently located near the main street and various restaurants, offering a breathtaking view of Lion Rock over a lovely rice field. This was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The family was incredibly helpful, assisting us with anything we required. They served a tasty Sri Lankan breakfast each morning along with coffee, organized an elephant safari for us, took care of our laundry, and even drove us to Lion Rock at 5am. We truly appreciate their generosity and hospitality. The room was spotless, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and we enjoyed free WiFi, a hot shower, and even a hair dryer. During our two-week visit, this was undoubtedly the most comfortable and well-cared-for experience we've had, and we highly recommend them.

    This accommodation feels like a dream, nestled right in the rice paddies. It's wonderfully quiet, truly idyllic, and offers stunning views of Lion's Rock. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hosts were exceptionally welcoming. It had everything you could possibly need. A perfect place to relax, unwind, and feel completely comfortable.

    This hotel is an excellent option for your visit to Sigiriya. Nestled in a tranquil area, it offers stunning views of the rice fields. Breakfasts served in the garden are delicious and make the mornings particularly pleasant. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, and they can arrange transfers and safaris at very affordable rates.

    Peaceful Stay Near Restaurants

    I highly recommend this place. It's just a 10-minute walk from the main street, but there are several great restaurants even closer. The room was spotless, and the terrace with views of the rice fields and Lion Rock is truly special. Not many accommodations offer such a tranquil setting in a touristy area.
