The LOLC Finance Pitigala Branch enjoyed a fantastic experience during our annual visit to Sigiriya Kingdom Village. This was the worst place we've ever visited. The hotel performed poorly and the staff was unfriendly. From the welcome drink onward, the so-called full board meal plan was terrible. It lacked spices, the portion sizes were quite small, and the food had an unpleasant smell.

The rooms are fantastic, but certain aspects of the infrastructure fall short, particularly in terms of washroom cleanliness and other amenities. The day out packages don't justify their price, as they only offer a set menu instead of a buffet, and the service is just average. On a positive note, the pool is excellent, and the location is also quite good.
