The service here is excellent. The hotel is set in stunning surroundings and the rooms are delightful. The pool is impressively large. For a peaceful getaway with gorgeous views, this is the ideal spot. Special thanks to Chamod, the front desk manager, who assisted us in changing our room within the Jetwing Group. He truly exemplifies the Jetwing philosophy.

This fantastic hotel feels like a hidden treasure. We found a wonderful discounted rate on Trip.com and decided to add dinner to our stay. The food was incredible, with plenty of options and high quality. As someone who loves to swim, I was thrilled with the 72-meter pool (no joke)!

The selection of food was quite limited, leaving little to choose from. The dinner was especially spicy. On the positive side, the hospitality was excellent, but the overall dining experience fell short. As a Negombo resident, I find Sameeha's food much tastier than what was offered here. Two years ago, when we dined at JETWING Lake, the buffet was fantastic, featuring a wide variety of delicious items, second only to Heritance Kandalama at that time.

This place offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for escaping the daily hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean and well-kept, featuring lovely lake views from the balcony. Overall, it’s a good value for the price. The service was excellent during check-in and dining, and the staff were very accommodating. I had a wonderful stay all around.

This hotel is located in one of the most stunning spots I've ever visited. The rooms are enormous, featuring balconies that offer breathtaking views. The staff is consistently friendly and eager to help. The rooms are tidy, with comfy beds, and the dining area offers a wide variety of options. I highly recommend staying here.

I checked in with my family and received a warm welcome at reception. The staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we had a lovely view as well. My two kids had a great time; they rode bicycles and had plenty of space to play. The food was delicious and distinct. Above all, the staff was incredibly supportive and friendly. The service was good, and the location was excellent, with a nice view from our room. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy a vacation with your loved ones.

I had an incredible experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Upon our arrival, the staff greeted us warmly. We had selected a deluxe room, which was spacious and well-designed. The bathroom had a modern open layout with glass partitions, providing views into the room and towards the lake, enhancing the overall atmosphere. Regarding the food, I would happily rate it five stars. The dinner and breakfast buffets were well-balanced and very satisfying. For lunch, we opted for the à la carte menu, and those dishes were just as tasty. All the hotel staff were remarkably friendly and accommodating. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the team for their dedication and consistent hospitality. They promptly addressed all our needs and always greeted us with smiles. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tranquil, fostering a relaxing environment. Overall, this was one of the finest hotel experiences I've had in my life.
