The staff at this charming and comfortable hotel are incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place to stay in Dambulla; you won't be disappointed. The hotel has recently opened and boasts an excellent location in Dambulla.

The owners, who live next door, were wonderful hosts, and we had a fantastic stay. The facilities were excellent and high-end. Our group of eight stopped here on our way to Anuradhapura, and they ensured we were all very comfortable. Thank you!

At this location, we faced an unexpected 10% service charge upon check-in, which was quite frustrating. They initially claimed it was for breakfast, which was false, and then tried to justify it by comparing it to restaurant practices. I've never experienced such deceptive behavior anywhere else in Sri Lanka. Additionally, the room had a significant number of mosquitoes and spiders.

I reserved a double room and a triple room. On the positive side, the rooms were spotless and spacious, and the staff was welcoming. I also appreciated the reliable hot water. The location is quite convenient, just about 100 meters from the city center. However, I was disappointed that the hotel doesn't provide any food services, and there was no bed tea service. Furthermore, the bathroom amenities and even tea bags were missing.

This hotel, which opened in November 2019, was simply wonderful. The rooms, meals, and service were all top-notch. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The tea made by Madam is something I won't forget! I wholeheartedly recommend this place. Special shoutout to Tarke and his newborn daughter. Best wishes to all of you, friends!

The rooftop pool was a peaceful getaway in the midst of the city, allowing me to bask in the sun and take in the amazing views below. Located in a prime spot, L S Lanka Hotel provided easy access to various city attractions, letting me fully immerse myself in the rich culture and history of the area. Whether visiting ancient temples, wandering through busy markets, or simply enjoying the natural beauty around, the hotel’s central location made it easy to explore everything the destination offered.
