    Enjoyable family stay with room for improvement

    We visited before the New Year holiday in 2025, staying for two nights on a half-board basis with my wife and son. We had a set menu for our meals that remained the same for both days, which we managed to handle, but I think the management should consider changing the menu for stays of two nights or longer. The food was delicious and offered great value; the young chef really made a difference with his cooking. The reception staff, including Uditha and a young lady with a charming smile, were friendly and welcoming. Our stay was very relaxing, and we enjoyed the evenings by the pool with my son. However, there are a few areas for improvement: the mini fridge in the room could use an upgrade, and the tea and coffee supplies were insufficient for our two-day stay. The restaurant was quite warm and could benefit from additional fans to cool the area. Additionally, they didn't have ice cubes available when we requested them. A full-service bar with wine, liquor, and beer would also be a nice addition. Overall, I would recommend this place for a family stay.

    Great stay with friendly staff

    We stayed for three nights with a group of six, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. They even prepared special dishes and organized a party for us. The swimming pool was clean and ready for us to enjoy. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to everyone.

    Great hospitality at a hotel stay

    This hotel offers outstanding customer service. Chanaka and Chathuri were particularly wonderful hosts. My wife, our little son, and I spent some time there, and the food was quite good. When my 4-year-old accidentally broke a tea mug in our room, I suggested adding the cost to our bill, but they kindly declined. I really appreciated their kindness and hospitality—it’s a valuable addition to Sri Lanka’s tourism. 👍

    Charming Cottage Stay in Nature

    We enjoyed a stay at this charming place with our family of four, including our kids aged 12 and 14. Our cottage was conveniently located near the main house and was beautifully arranged, featuring a fully stocked mini bar and a fantastic shower. Secluded in the woods, it provided a wonderful sense of tranquility and privacy. The area was clean and lush, and the interior decor was tasteful. It was truly delightful to be there. We particularly loved the Sri Lankan breakfast, and the pool was also pristine and inviting. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. This is definitely a place we would love to revisit. Highly recommended!

    Wonderful stay with great service

    We spent three nights here and it was fantastic! The breakfast was delicious, the pool provided a refreshing escape after a long day in the sun, and the service was outstanding. The staff were consistently present, polite, and attentive. While it's a 15-minute drive from Sigiriya town, that was actually a plus for us!

    Cleanliness and service need improvement

    There is no housekeeping service available. While the room rate is low, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The food at the restaurant is just mediocre. They really need to address the issue with flies and mosquitoes. Overall, there's nothing remarkable about these rooms.

    Mixed Experience at the Hotel

    We stayed for a brief two nights. The hotel is decent overall, but there are definitely areas that could use some improvement. Some of the dishes at the restaurant didn't match their names at all. Regrettably, the “Mongolian beef” was the worst dish I've encountered during my time in Sri Lanka. Additionally, several parts of our orders were overlooked. Upon arrival, we found that the bed sheets were not only dirty but also slightly odorous, though they did replace them after we brought it to their attention. At checkout, we noticed that at least four of our restaurant orders were mistakenly listed twice under both of our rooms.

    Great base for exploring Sigiriya

    We stayed for three nights and found the rooms spacious and the staff very friendly. The hotel has a large garden and a big, clean pool, which we enjoyed. The food was good, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. However, the hotel isn’t located in the town, so if you’re looking for nightlife, you’ll need to arrange transportation.

    Our experience at Hotel Naturaliza by RSK was simply wonderful! From the time we arrived, the staff greeted us with sincere warmth and went the extra mile to ensure we felt at home. The rooms were immaculate, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail meticulously arranged. The location is perfect—tranquil yet conveniently close to Sigiriya’s main attractions. What stood out to us was the blend of outstanding service and excellent value; it genuinely felt like a luxurious experience at a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sigiriya.

    Family-Friendly Cottages with Great Food

    We had a fantastic family getaway, staying in three cottages. The cottages were roomy, tidy, and very cozy, nestled among lovely greenery that fostered a serene and relaxing vibe. The food was really tasty, offering both Sri Lankan and English breakfast choices. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always eager to assist, which enhanced our experience. The swimming pool was clean and well-kept, and everyone had a great time using it. All in all, it was a tranquil and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
