Our baby was born at this hospital on May 27, 2026. However, when we reached out to a staff member named Lakjeevi today, we were very let down by her tone. The way she spoke to us came across as unnecessary, disrespectful, and unprofessional. As new parents, we anticipated understanding, courtesy, and respectful dialogue. Unfortunately, this encounter left us feeling upset during what should be a joyous and memorable occasion for our family. We sincerely hope the hospital management takes this issue seriously and ensures that all patients and their families receive professional, kind, and respectful treatment.
