    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the amazing team at Queensbury Hospital for the top-notch care and professionalism they displayed during the delivery of my baby girl. A special shoutout goes to Dr. Malith Perera for ensuring my baby's safe arrival. He is truly an outstanding doctor whose professionalism, expertise, and calm demeanor instilled a lot of confidence in me throughout the process. I highly recommend him, especially for foreigners seeking a skilled and trustworthy doctor in Sri Lanka. He genuinely cares for his patients and delivers remarkable medical care. I also want to express my sincere gratitude to Miss Lakjeevi for her incredible support. She was always available to assist me with my insurance needs, making everything much smoother. Her professionalism, kindness, and authentic concern for patients are truly commendable. Additionally, I appreciate the fantastic labor and delivery nurses, Miss Renuka and Nurse Silva. Their compassion, commitment, and attentive care made my delivery experience significantly more comfortable and reassuring. Sri Lankan nurses are truly remarkable. Finally, I want to thank the entire hospital team for the excellent accommodations and warm hospitality I received during my stay leading up to the delivery. Everyone was exceptionally accommodating and supportive, making my experience even more memorable. Thank you so much, Queensbury Hospital, for the exceptional care and service.     Kind staff but poor support experience

    The doctor and the lady pharmacist were very friendly and attentive, providing great service. Unfortunately, my interaction with the hospital support staff was quite unsatisfactory. The cashier made me wait while she finished other tasks and then got my billing details wrong. Moreover, when I asked for directions to the channeling room, the reply I received was rude and dismissive. I think the hospital management should focus on improving staff professionalism and how they handle patients in these situations.

    I visited Queensbury Hospital yesterday and want to commend the outstanding service from the entire team. The facilities were quite good, the food was top-notch, and every staff member was friendly and supportive. The costs are also very fair considering the high quality of service offered. A special shoutout to Mrs. Kalani for her incredible support and kindness. She delivered excellent service and was very helpful during my visit.     Disappointing experience with service

    I had a frustrating experience. I scheduled an appointment by phone, but when I arrived at the hospital, the staff informed me that the doctor had already left. They didn't even apologize after I got there. I'm really disappointed. 😔
