Cozy hotel with great views

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The view of the sea from the balcony is amazing! Both the rooms and the staff were fantastic. The place has a small and cozy vibe. 👍

Frustrating stay with broken AC

This hotel is terrible! The air conditioning doesn't work, and they won't do anything to fix it. They seem unconcerned even though my friend is pregnant. Now they're expecting me to pay for a new room. This place is a waste of money; you might end up like us, stuck in stuffy conditions while the staff waits for you to give in and pay for a different room.

Mixed experience at the hotel

The front desk staff were quite rude. When we returned to the hotel after going out, we found them eating in the office, and when I called for assistance, they completely ignored me. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The dining situation is confusing, with a buffet one day and a set menu the next, and there’s a lack of communication about it. The food is decent, though. The atmosphere is pleasant, but the service really falls short.

Great getaway in Unawatuna

A fantastic escape in Unawatuna. The service is outstanding, and the rooms are pristine. The location offers stunning sea views, and the staff is very friendly. It's worth the cost and comes highly recommended.
