The staff was incredibly nice and friendly, always polite and helpful. The food was really tasty, and the prices were reasonable. They were especially kind to our 5-year-old son, which we appreciated.

We only dined at the restaurant of this resort, and our experience was disappointing. The service was poor; we waited an excessive amount of time just to receive a menu, then for someone to take our order, and finally for the food. The waiter informed us it would take about 25 minutes…

This place has an ideal location, just steps from the beach! The rooms are immaculate, and the service is outstanding. Although we only spent one night here, we’re already looking forward to our next visit. The Sri Lankan dishes we tried were fantastic. If you love the beach, you can’t go wrong with this spot!

We spent one day and night at Dalawella Beach Resort and had a lovely experience. The service was excellent, the rooms were tidy and cozy, and the ambiance was soothing. The restaurant with a sea view is a standout feature, providing a fantastic view and a tranquil atmosphere. All in all, it's a great spot to relax by the beach.

I’ve spent the last two weeks traveling around Sri Lanka and staying at six different beach resorts. Out of all of them, the rooms at Dalawalla Beach Resort have been the best I've experienced during my trip.

We really enjoyed our time at Dalawella Beach Resort during New Year’s. The traditional Sri Lankan cuisine and the oil candle ceremony on January 1st made for a lovely experience.

I made a last-minute reservation after arriving in Unawatuna by train from Colombo. A fellow traveler on the train suggested this hotel, so I took a Tuk Tuk straight from the station. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the staff with warmth and hospitality.
