The location is excellent, as you can easily walk to various restaurants, the beach, and coffee shops. The rooms were acceptable; we had a choice between two, and while clean, they felt quite outdated. Both pools are nice and well-maintained. However, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. We enjoyed some fresh fruit, but the omelets were just average.

This was my worst experience in Sri Lanka. The rooms were infested with bugs and lizards, and the beds were nearly falling apart. The breakfast was a complete letdown as well. Considering the high prices, the service was quite poor.

Unfortunately, I have to mention that there was a lack of care during our visit, likely due to the water being rusty. We didn't even have a means to wash our faces. I think it's important for others to be aware of this before they decide to go.

I wouldn't choose this accommodation again. We were assigned a room that was referred to as being "on the other side," but it felt more like a storage area than a hotel (see photos). Although breakfast was included, we didn't want to have it after the first attempt because it just wasn't good. The building housing our room had a terrible smell—I couldn't tell if it was from fish tanks or something else. Our room was infested with mosquitoes and cockroaches. Additionally, the common areas were cluttered with various items, and the balcony view resembled a construction site. Every morning at 8 a.m., the cleaner would knock on our door, waking us up to check if we needed housekeeping. The refrigerator froze everything we placed inside, and the shower had weak water pressure and was nearly broken. On a positive note, the air conditioning worked well, and the location was convenient, being close to everything.
