The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spotless, and there was a nice balcony on either side of the room. I would definitely recommend it, particularly given the price.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel—truly five stars, and I'd give it ten if I could. From the moment we entered, everything felt perfect. The atmosphere, the inviting scent in the lobby, the calming background music, and the meticulous care for every detail all reflected the passion and dedication of the staff. The welcome we received was incredibly warm. The staff were genuinely friendly, with no forced smiles; they clearly enjoy what they do. They assisted us with our luggage right away, provided a thorough explanation of the facilities, and even shared personal recommendations for the area. They took their time with us, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. As for the room—wow, I could rave about it for hours. It was immaculately clean, not just superficially but truly spotless—every nook and cranny, the bathroom sparkling as if it were brand new. The bed was fantastic, featuring a mattress you sink into while still feeling supported. The pillows were perfectly soft, and we slept like babies—no noise, no distracting lights, just complete serenity. The bathroom was just as impressive. It had a spacious shower with excellent water pressure (a common letdown in hotels, but not here), fluffy towels, and lovely toiletries that smelled delightful. Everything was tidily replenished and cleaned daily without intrusiveness. Housekeeping deserves special recognition for their attention to detail. Breakfast was a delight, offering so much variety that it was hard to know where to begin. Fresh fruit, warm rolls, numerous toppings, hot dishes, and everything was continuously restocked. The restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly, engaging in conversation, checking if everything met our expectations, and making us feel at home. You can really tell that hospitality is a genuine mindset here, not just a job. We were also impressed by how accommodating everyone was. Whether we needed an extra pillow, had questions about transportation, or wanted tips on local attractions—nothing was too much trouble. Everything was handled with a smile, making a significant difference. You feel like a valued guest, not just another room number. The facilities were also top-notch. Everything was well-kept, clean, organized, and accessible. The hotel radiates quality, demonstrating a clear investment in both maintenance and guest comfort. There was no settling for 'good enough.' Everything functions seamlessly. What truly set this experience apart was how all the elements came together: comfort, luxury, peace, friendliness, and professionalism. It's rare for a hotel to excel in every aspect, but here, we found no faults at all—believe me, we are usually quite discerning. We felt pampered and completely relaxed. It was one of those stays where you really hesitate to leave, which says a lot. This is definitely a place we would return to and recommend wholeheartedly to friends, family, and anyone searching for the ideal getaway. In summary: five stars, well deserved. Everything was perfect. The staff was exceptional—kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. The room was wonderful, the breakfast was fantastic, and the service was unparalleled. I had an amazing experience! The host greeted us warmly, and the communication was excellent. The rooms met my expectations, and given the price, there's really nothing to complain about. The refrigerator, effective air conditioning, and mosquito net were all excellent features. I would absolutely recommend this place!

This hotel offers a stunning view and a delightful balcony, along with a well-equipped room. It’s managed by a genuinely nice family who are eager to assist with trip advice. Overall, staying here was a true pleasure.

I want to extend a big thank you to the whole team for being so friendly and attentive. The hotel and the rooms were immaculate, with all the amenities functioning perfectly, and the staff treated us wonderfully. Our rooms were spacious and featured a refrigerator. I really don't get some of the earlier reviews. My family and I had a lovely time at this hotel. We also loved the fantastic restaurant right next door, which is managed by a family member. Plus, they have an adorable, friendly, and cuddly dog—a true teddy bear that our kids adored!

I highly recommend this place! The staff were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with any questions or concerns I had. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the location is just a short walk from the beach. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Sri Lanka.
