Rude staff and poor service experience
The team at AVR Games Place demonstrates a concerning lack of courtesy and customer service skills. It seems they don't grasp the basics of customer service at all. Alarmingly, there were even attempts by the staff to physically confront customers. It's shameful to have such behavior in an establishment like this, as it damages the reputation and standards of Shangri-La (one galle face). When I raised the issue with their Director, there was no follow-up or response, which suggests that the problem originates from higher management. It's troubling to consider where these employees are being hired from, as they seem to lack even fundamental customer service skills, showing only defensive and aggressive attitudes toward patrons.
