I've been trying to reach them since 9am today, and my calls have gone unanswered. It's been over 50 days since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it. No one picks up the phone, and I've been calling since this morning.

They have the highest prices, yet they provide awful service. They lose packages and show no accountability. When you try to call, they don't answer. They really deserve to be taken to court for how low they operate.

The service was the worst I've ever encountered 🤮. It took nearly three weeks for my package to arrive, and they never answered my phone calls. I strongly advise against working with Pronto Lanka!!!!

I'm constantly messaging them, yet they never deliver my package. The costs are also extremely high. I strongly advise against using this terrible service at the Piliyandala branch. They claim they can deliver in 15 minutes, but there's no sense of responsibility.
