Poor service and late dilivery

I had a very disappointing experience with Pronto Lanka. My order was delivered much later than the promised date, and I received little to no communication regarding the delay. It was difficult to get updates, and customer service was not responsive or helpful when I reached out for assistance. Timely delivery and proper communication are basic expectations, and unfortunately, my experience fell short in both areas. I hope Pronto Lanka improves its customer service and delivery process to provide a better experience for future customers

Very Poor Service – Not Recommended for Urgent Deliveries

I booked a parcel with Pronto Courier under their 1-day delivery service, expecting fast and reliable service. I made the request 2 days ago, but they have still not even picked up the parcel. According to the tracking history, they only keep updating the status with "pickup attempt made" but no one has actually come to collect it. What is even more frustrating is that they do not answer phone calls, leaving customers with no information or support. If you need to send something urgently, do not rely on this courier service. Their "1-day service" means nothing if they cannot even arrange a pickup after two days. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend Pronto Courier to anyone who values timely delivery and customer service.

Service quality has plummeted

Since 2025, the service has noticeably deteriorated. Call center representatives simply say "Ayubowan" and then fall silent, offering no help or feedback. This leads to a significant waste of time.

Terrible service and delivery issues

They were quick to collect my package and payment, but the service went downhill from there. After waiting a week for my parcel to be delivered to Ahangama, I reached out for an update and received a negative response. I strongly advise against using this fraudulent company.

Terrible Delivery Experience

I wouldn't recommend Pronto. I ordered a parcel and it took them four days to deliver it. If SL Post can do it faster, then there's really no excuse. They don't even answer the phone.

Terrible Service Experience

Terrible Courier Experience

I've never had such a frustrating experience with a courier service. It's been nearly four days, and I still haven't received my parcel. It contains crucial documents, including my NIC and others. When I followed up yesterday, I was told that they had already received it, which is misleading.

Terrible service and high prices

I visited on May 13 and I'm writing this on May 29. The service was awful and the prices were very high compared to other places. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this to anyone 🤮.

Terrible courier service experience

The service was the worst I've encountered. Avoid using their courier. They market themselves as offering the fastest delivery and say they can manage pickups, but in truth, arranging a pickup is nearly impossible.
