The service here is incredibly disappointing, and there's a clear lack of accountability. My package has been marked as "out for delivery" for six consecutive days, yet there's still no sign of it arriving. To add insult to injury, their system has been updated with misleading information, falsely stating that I didn't respond...

This is by far the worst courier service I've encountered. Delivering a parcel takes forever. The contact numbers for their branches don't work when you try to call. Even when the main branch provides a working number, those lines aren’t answered either.

I am very frustrated with this courier service, particularly with the Mirigama branch. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but it didn’t show up on time. I didn’t receive any updates, explanations, or attempts to reach out to me regarding the situation.

I used a pick me service to send a parcel to Kerala, but it was given to City Pack for delivery. Unfortunately, my parcel was incorrectly sent to Matara instead of the intended destination.

I let them know that my parcel was urgent, and although it was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, they quickly arranged for a rider and got it to me the same day. Their support team was very helpful and quick to respond. They even picked up the parcel from my home, which made things super convenient. Most importantly, they genuinely consider customer requests and do their best to assist. I'm very pleased with their service.
