    Great food, needs better seating

    This was my first visit to Nook cafe. They offer a solid variety of food options, including choices for vegetarians. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Sandaruwan, a fellow coffee lover who was very passionate and knowledgeable. He paid great attention to detail when I requested my coffee a certain way, and I really appreciated our engaging conversation. However, I think it would be beneficial if you invested in higher quality coffee beans and considered upgrading to more comfortable seating, like a small sofa, so patrons can relax with a coffee, a meal, and a good book. I ordered a flat white, tomato soup, and two paneer wraps. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, apart from the seating issue.

    Mixed experience with poke bowl

    I've enjoyed their grilled cheese and tomato soup in the past, and I found it to be absolutely delicious and just right. However, during my recent visit, I decided to try their chicken poke bowl. I was disappointed to find that the rice was a bit dry, and the chicken tasted somewhat bland and also slightly dry. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend the poke bowl. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant with great vibes.

    Great coffee and breakfast experience

    I visited for coffee and had a delightful breakfast. Everything was fantastic, with excellent quality and service from Bhagya. I’ll definitely return. If you’re in Mount Lavinia, you should check out this spot.

    Perfect spot for friend gatherings

    We hosted a gathering for friends here, and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was wonderful, complemented by soothing music. Each dish we tried was not only beautifully presented but also packed with flavor. I highly recommend this venue for get-togethers with friends. 🫶🏻
