Our experience at Jetwing was quite pleasant and comfortable. The atmosphere of the property felt calm and inviting, which contributed to a very relaxing stay. The rooms were kept in good condition, and the service was consistently smooth during our time there. The staff was courteous and attentive, always available to help when needed. We genuinely enjoyed our visit and are eager to return in the future.

We went to Jetwing Colombo 7 for their Hopper Night, and it was amazing! The food was excellent, especially the beef and pork curries, which were truly delicious. They prepare fresh hoppers, roti, and even sweet hoppers on the spot. The dessert table was a highlight too. On top of that, the service was outstanding. We haven't encountered service this good anywhere else in Colombo. It’s definitely worth the visit. A special shoutout to Vimukthi, who provided exceptional service. I highly recommend the Hopper Night Buffet at Jetwing Colombo 7!

This hotel is stunning, and the staff went above and beyond! The rooftop pool is gorgeous, and the service at the rooftop restaurant was friendly. The buffet breakfast was tasty and offered a wide range of options. Chathurika, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful in arranging a birthday cake for my partner upon our arrival, which was in our room that same day, complete with candles and matches! The attention to detail was superb; she truly deserves recognition! I highly recommend this hotel.

After returning to Colombo during our holiday, we decided to cancel our previous hotel booking and stay at Jetwing again because we loved it so much. Our experience was outstanding from the beginning to the end. The hotel exuded a polished, welcoming vibe and truly high quality. Highlights included: • Incredibly friendly staff who were always smiling and welcoming • Extremely accommodating to our requests and quick to help • Immaculate, modern rooms that were very comfortable • A clean and well-kept pool area and gym • The food was genuinely fantastic across all meals • The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a great variety • The hopper night was a highlight and definitely worth trying And don't get me started on the 24/7 room service menu! It was exactly what I needed. In summary, this hotel maintains an impressive standard and provides a seamless, premium experience. Without a doubt, one of the best places to stay in Colombo — highly recommended.

The food was delightful, but the service truly stood out. A special thanks to Nimesha, who managed everything from the moment I made the reservation until we finished, showcasing Sri Lankan hospitality beautifully. We had a great time during our stay. The rooms were very comfortable and immaculate, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The gym was good, and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was that the pool area felt a bit small and tended to get crowded. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay if you’re spending a few days in Colombo - we would definitely return.
