The staff were incredibly generous and welcoming, assisting us with our heavy suitcases and responding promptly to all our needs. The rooms were luxurious, the bathrooms spotless, and the view was simply breathtaking. Plus, the location is fantastic, just a five-minute tuktuk ride to the heart of Ella.

We spent a night here and truly enjoyed our stay. The views are absolutely stunning, ranking among the best we've experienced in Sri Lanka. You can relax on the balcony and take in the mountains and mist without feeling the need to venture elsewhere. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was the highlight of our trip—fresh, delicious, and served with the most wonderful smiles. Honestly, this place is unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ella!

We spent two nights here and were really pleased. Getting into Ella central was simple (a good workout going up and down the hill!)... the view from our room was outstanding, and I doubt you can find a better one for the price we paid...

I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome right from the start. The rooms were stunning, spotless, and quite comfortable. I appreciated that breakfast is available at any time you wake up — such a thoughtful touch! The food was delicious and well-prepared too. Everything about this place was great. I highly recommend it! Just a heads up, it’s located up a hill, so the walk might be a bit challenging.

I was really looking forward to this hotel due to the positive reviews, but I ended up feeling a bit let down. When I arrived at 1:30pm, the check-in desk was deserted, and I saw a staff member working on the power box with live wires strewn about in the hallway. The room itself was a bit disappointing, with ceiling panels that appeared to have mould and a wet room-style toilet. On the bright side, the shower was hot, which is a nice find. The location offers stunning views, but be prepared for a steep walk back to town.

This place offers stunning views and cozy rooms. The breakfast at the Guest Inn is delightful, and there's dinner service at the hotel next door. While some guests opted to walk into Ella town, be aware that the return trip involves a steep hill - we chose to hire a driver. It's a wonderful retreat to unwind and take in the scenery after the lively atmosphere of Ella.

The view of Wlla Rock is absolutely breathtaking—calling it beautiful doesn't do it justice. The hospitality was top-notch; the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a homemade feel, unlike the usual hotel fare. The location is very close to town, making it easy to enjoy the area. I felt like I could have spent my entire stay just enjoying the room! 🥰🥰
