During our trip to Jaffna, we chose to stop in Vavuniya on our second day. I made a reservation at this location, and we enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere is peaceful, safe, and luxurious, with cozy rooms. It's an ideal spot for families, couples, or anyone seeking a relaxing getaway.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. The washroom was in a dirty state, clearly not cleaned before we arrived. The floor was dusty, with no signs of being swept or mopped. The bedsheets and pillowcases were also unclean, showing visible stains and hair. To make matters worse, the room was infested with cockroaches, spiders, and ants, which made it impossible to relax. We had booked a two-day stay, but after witnessing the poor conditions, we couldn’t bear to stay any longer. Unfortunately, the hotel staff refused to issue a refund, which felt very unprofessional. No one should have to endure such unhygienic conditions. I definitely do not recommend this place.
