Great stay in Vavuniya

I stumbled upon this place while looking for accommodations in Vavuniya. It's fantastic, featuring air conditioning, an attached bathroom, and just about everything you need. I booked a double room for only Rs5500, which is a great value for the price, and the service was excellent. Additionally, it's conveniently located near Vavuniya town. The woman at the front desk was very friendly. They also offer spacious family rooms. I highly recommend it.

Mixed experience with cleanliness issues

I had a disappointing stay due to the unclean towels, which I had to ask for a replacement. The room itself was spacious, featuring satellite TV, a wardrobe, water bottles, and dining chairs. The beds were cozy but a bit scratchy, and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. During our three-day stay, we received no service; nobody came to clean, empty the bin, or check on us at all. The noise at night was bothersome, as I could hear conversations from other guests. The Tuc Tuc ride to Vavuniya town center takes about 10 minutes. The swimming pool was not appealing, with dirty water and leaves floating in it. Aside from one female staff member in a saree and glasses who greeted us warmly, the rest of the staff seemed grumpy and uninterested in helping us with our requests. They do offer a menu for dining in the room and provide free wifi. There's also car parking and a lift. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.

Great stay in Vavuniya

The rooms are clean, and the staff is very accommodating. The prices are reasonable for the facilities, making this the best option for a stay in Vavuniya. I highly recommend it to everyone. The swimming pool is wonderful, surrounded by greenery, and the hotel features a rooftop restaurant, which is quite amazing. Be sure to check it out!

Management Lacks Friendliness

The restaurant is fairly decent, but the management seems quite strict and unfriendly, with no smiles to be found. It doesn't create a welcoming atmosphere. There's a person in charge who resembles a strict authority figure, and if this continues, I worry this place might decline.

Great family-friendly hotel experience

This hotel is a fantastic spot for families and friends. You can really feel the difference here. The surroundings are green and lush, complete with a swimming pool, which I really enjoyed. Pleasant stay with friendly service

I recently spent some time at this guesthouse, and I found the rooms to be fairly decent. They weren't exceptional, but they were acceptable. One highlight was the cleanliness; the rooms were well-maintained. On top of that, the staff were friendly and delivered good service. Although there's some room for improvement, my overall experience was quite satisfactory.
