This place has a fantastic location and offers exceptional customer service, with food that truly deserves a 5-star rating. The staff was very attentive and fulfilled all our requests for food and services. Their responsiveness was impressive.

The location is simply amazing. It's a really cozy and relaxing space. The rooms are nice and offer good value for the money. This was the best stay of my holiday.

We had a lovely time with family! The staff were friendly and polite. The food was straightforward, yet sufficient, and the service was outstanding. The lack of many European tourists was a nice touch!

We had a frustrating experience during our stay here. Upon arriving at our room at 8pm, we found the door was broken and the bathroom was completely flooded. It seems there were no other rooms available, so the bathroom was unusable and the noise from the pool made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The only solution offered was to wait until the following afternoon when someone might be able to fix the issues. The manager wasn’t helpful; we were simply told there were no alternatives. By that time, it was already 10pm. Additionally, the room was infested with lizards and bugs, which we hadn’t encountered at any other hotel in Sri Lanka. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. It feels very run down, the service is lacking, and it has unfortunately marred the end of what was otherwise a wonderful trip.

Our December holidays at Koggala Beach Cabanas were fantastic. The place was spotless and hygienic, plus the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed a relaxing spa experience that incorporated local ayurveda. We would definitely suggest it to both local and international guests.
