Yesterday, I visited the spa cyelon OGF outlet to purchase a body spray. The salesman, Pasan, was quite helpful. He selected the Kandyan Rose perfume for me and was very friendly and respectful towards customers. I appreciated the excellent customer service I received.

I’m really let down. The lipstick I bought broke inside the tube within just a week, and I've seen others reporting the same issue. In contrast, my Gucci and MAC lipsticks have held up perfectly for over a year. I wouldn’t suggest purchasing this.

I enjoyed a fantastic deep tissue massage with Yusra at the One Galle Face spa. She was extremely professional and helped me feel thoroughly relaxed. The customer service team, including Nadia and Navodya, were incredible—so welcoming, supportive, and kind. I would definitely recommend this spa.
