Disappointing Massage Experience

My partner and I had a massage and Shirodhara treatment from Dr. Lakshmi and her husband, and it was quite disappointing. The massage lacked skill and understanding of the human body. They frequently interrupted the session, coming in and out of the room multiple times, which made the experience even less enjoyable. The most troubling part was that they took photos of me while I was lying down receiving treatment without my consent, which I only found out afterward. To top it off, Dr. Lakshmi asked for an extra fee beyond the package price that we were quoted. Overall, it wasn't worth the time or the high cost.

Outstanding Ayurvedic Treatment Experience

Today, I experienced shirodhara and a steam bath at Prasastha Ayurveda. It was a marvelous and wonderful treatment. The practitioner is a highly skilled and experienced Ayurvedic doctor. I strongly recommend her for Ayurvedic treatments.
