This isn't the first time this has happened in my area. Packages tend to go 'missing' once they reach the local courier. This issue isn't unique to me — it seems like items are being stolen or resold. We're not purchasing for fun; we actually need these items. Please take this matter seriously and report this courier partner. A refund isn't a true solution when customers are continuously denied their orders.

Frustrating Delivery Experience

Hi there, I placed an order through Temu that was supposed to arrive between April 22–30, but it still hasn't shown up. The package was meant to be delivered by Skynet, but the Peradeniya branch ended up handing it off to Boda Boda because they had too many deliveries. I've tried reaching out to Boda Boda multiple times and spoke to them twice, once on April 3rd and again on April 4th. Each time, they assured me the package would arrive that day. Now it's April 6th, and I still don't have it. The status on Temu now says “Delivery failed.” This has been incredibly frustrating. The delivery service is extremely poor. If I could give a rating of 0, I would. This is the WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER. - The contact number listed on Google isn’t even for Boda Boda. 🫠 Thanks.

Poor service leads to frustration

I am extremely unhappy with the service provided, as it misleads customers. I placed an order that was handed over to this courier service three days ago. When I called their customer service to check on the delivery, I was assured twice that a rider had been assigned and my order would definitely arrive today. However, in the afternoon, I received a call from customer service stating that they couldn't deliver it today, suggesting there might have been some miscommunication when I first called in the morning. This was misleading, and I ended up having to pay for an Uber Flash to get my order delivered myself. If you know it can't be delivered on time, at least give your customers accurate information. I would never recommend this courier service to anyone; it’s no surprise they have a mere 2.6 rating on Google.

Invasive Delivery Follow-Up Calls

After a package is delivered, they call the recipient 3-4 times without fail to confirm receipt, even if the client ignores the call or declines it. This approach feels excessively invasive, impolite, and unnecessary since the client already signs a document upon delivery, which should suffice as confirmation. I really hope I won’t have to receive parcels from them again.

Terrible delivery experience

The service was the worst I've ever experienced! My Temu orders, CPLK9589499426 and CPLK9589499954, still haven't been delivered. They never contacted me to arrange the delivery, yet they marked the status as both delivery failure and delivered. My phone was functioning just fine, and they didn't reach out at all. I tried calling multiple times but received no response. I've also reported this to Temu.
