Last night, I visited to pick up a returned package. The staff were all on their phones, with some even playing games. When I provided the details, they claimed they couldn't locate it and would check back tomorrow, but instead, they continued playing games. They didn't even bother to answer the phone.

After six years of working with Fardar Express, I reached out to their hotline today about an urgent issue and was left very disappointed with the customer service. The woman at the call center was unprofessional and indifferent. She spoke loudly, almost yelling, and seemed unwilling to help solve my problem. Instead of assisting, she raised her voice and hung up on us. Fardar Express needs to hire more educated and qualified staff for their customer service roles.

I can't believe how unresponsive they are. I've called more than five times and no one picks up. What kind of service is this? We're constantly facing issues, and it feels like there's no one available to help. The support service is non-existent. What's the purpose of having a support number if no one answers? Is there any higher-up who can address this situation?

This was one of the most frustrating courier services I’ve dealt with. My delivery was late, and it was nearly impossible to get in touch with customer service since my calls were ignored. Very disappointing overall.
