Terrible Courier Experience
This was one of the worst courier experiences I've ever encountered. The customer service team is incredibly unprofessional and careless. They consistently provide incorrect information and fail to follow through on their promises. Instead of addressing the issue effectively, they resort to excuses and misleading information for their customers. There is a clear deficiency in responsibility, communication, and respect for clients. I am thoroughly disappointed with how this company addresses complaints and customer concerns. Overall, very poor service. I would not recommend this courier service to anyone.

Frustrating experience with CCExpress
I've reached out to CCExpress multiple times about my parcel, but they've failed to give me any clear or accurate updates. Each time I inquire, they just say, “We will deliver it today” or “We will deliver it tomorrow,” yet my parcel hasn’t arrived. I've been waiting since September 22nd, which is simply unacceptable. Please take this seriously and consider avoiding CCExpress for your shipping needs.

Frustrating Delivery Experience
This has been one of the most frustrating delivery experiences I’ve encountered in Sri Lanka. The courier service labeled my order as 'Unsuccessful Delivery' without even attempting to reach me. When I reached out, they confessed that they couldn’t deliver due to their own issue and assured me it would arrive before Sunday. However, the very next day, the tracking status inexplicably changed to 'Delivered,' despite the fact that I still hadn’t received my package. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered, and it’s now been over two weeks without my order. It’s completely unacceptable to mark a package as delivered when the customer hasn’t received it. The poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure in customer service are extremely disappointing.

Extremely Disappointing Service
The service is truly awful. It's been about two and a half weeks since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive my package. Sometimes I get told it arrived in Gampaha, and other times they say it was handed off to the rider. I called twice yesterday and was assured it would arrive, but it still hasn't come. This service is incredibly disappointing and utterly unreliable. I still don't have my items, and I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. I strongly urge others to avoid it.
