I had the absolute worst experience with delivery. To all Aliexpress sellers, avoid this company at all costs. It's been nearly three months, and I still haven't received my order. I've tried reaching out using every phone number listed on their website, but none are functional. They updated the tracking to say "Recipient uncontactable," yet they never bothered to call me. Commonline Express (Pvt) Ltd feels like a scam. I strongly advise against using this fraudulent courier service.

Avoid Captain Express International
I strongly advise against using "Captain Express International," which operates in Sri Lanka as Commonline Express. Their service is appalling, and deliveries are consistently very late. They often provide false excuses about the delivery status, claiming issues like "incorrect contact phone number" or "recipient uncontactable by the delivery person." I even had to visit their office in Colombo to pick up my parcel myself after it was over two months late upon arriving in Sri Lanka. This experience has led me to stop purchasing from Aliexpress altogether. I'm only giving them one star because that's the minimum required to submit this review. I really hope others can avoid the frustration of dealing with their incompetence.

Terrible courier service experience
I strongly advise against using this courier service. My AliExpress parcel never arrived, and the status was updated to show an incorrect address, even though the address I provided was correct. They also failed to make any phone calls, despite having my phone number. It’s clear they are untrustworthy, and none of their listed phone numbers are operational.

Terrible courier service experience
This is one of the worst courier services in Sri Lanka. I've experienced lost packages and delayed deliveries. The riders seem completely reckless and don't even answer the phone when I try to reach them. Other companies handling AliExpress parcels do a fantastic job, but this one is truly the worst I've ever dealt with.

Terrible courier service experience
This is the worst courier service I've ever encountered. They held onto my package until AliExpress's 60-day auto confirmation receipt kicked in. Whenever I called, they claimed my phone number and address were incorrect or something along those lines. I reached out multiple times to retrieve my package, but every time they told me, "the package was returned to head office and will be delivered; I will inform dispatch." This same excuse was repeated even after a month of inquiries. You can't get a refund because they don’t send it back to the seller and they fail to update tracking information. Without proof, you're unable to get a refund. I strongly advise against using this company for courier services.
