Friendly staff despite head office issues

Even though their head office is quite disorganized, the staff here are incredibly friendly and truly strive to do their best. Keep up the great work and don’t let your head office bring you down!

    Frustrating experience with delivery service

I dropped off a parcel for Dehiwala at the Koswatta branch on Thursday around noon. It reached Koswatta by Friday morning, which is when their tracking system began to show updates. For 18 hours, I was left thinking this service might be a scam. When I inquired, they informed me that since it was Friday, the delivery would actually happen on Monday. 🤷🏼‍♂️ This is disappointing for an 'Xpress' Delivery Service. Additionally, I found it frustrating that no one answers the phone after 12 noon; I had to try reaching them in the mornings. To improve, they could enhance their tracking by sending SMS or WhatsApp updates to the base. Also, there should be someone available to answer calls from at least 8 AM to 8 PM. Given the name 'Xpress', I expected faster delivery than what I experienced today.

    Reliable courier service in Battaramulla

I’m not sure about now, but a few years back, there were no courier companies in Battaramulla. I searched around and found this one to be the only option available. It turned out to be a good experience, as they delivered and dispatched my items without any damage. I'm grateful that they are here.
