    Disappointing Service Experience

    I found the young man at the counter to be quite unpleasant and overly formal. While I didn’t realize my package would be opened and inspected, I felt it could have been handled with more politeness. There was a complete lack of the usual courtesies when it came time to ask for payment, at the end of my visit, and when I was leaving. This was very disappointing compared to my past experiences here.
