Issues with Contacting Branch

We've been unable to reach the branch since yesterday, despite both us and the customer trying over 30 times. Eventually, the customer had to go in person to pick up the parcel. We even attempted to change the contact number. This is a suggestion for Farder Management: it would be beneficial to implement a PRBT system for the hotline, which could then route calls to the appropriate branch. This way, branches wouldn't receive unnecessary calls and the main hotline could filter them effectively. Overall, everything is fine, but there's definitely room for improvement in response times.

Frustrating delivery experience

Dishonest and deceptive. They claimed my delivery would arrive today, but the following day I was told, "we attempted to call, but the package is now back in Colombo." They never actually called me. Stay away from this fraudulent company; they are just scamming people.

Terrible Courier Experience

"Caution to everyone: Avoid this courier service. My package has been stuck for over a week, and they completely disregard customer calls. There's been no communication, no accountability, and a total lack of professionalism. This has been among the worst delivery experiences I've ever encountered."

Poor delivery experience

I was really let down by the delivery service. The package came with torn and damaged packaging, and the tute papers inside were also a bit damaged. Paper items need to be treated with care since they can get bent or torn easily during transport. I had hoped the courier would handle the parcel better. Overall, it was definitely a disappointing service.
