    Disappointed with plant delivery service

I was very let down by how my plant deliveries were handled. Although the plants were packed with care before being sent out, they arrived damaged because of poor handling by the courier. There was soil spilled, the pots were out of place, and the plants were crushed during shipping. As a seller, I've relied on Prompt Express for delivering plants, and this is the first time I've encountered such problems on several deliveries in a short span. I reported the issue right away, but the damage had already impacted the customer experience, especially since one of the plants was meant to be a gift. I really hope that Prompt Express will enhance their parcel handling protocols and be more cautious with delicate items going forward.

    Poor Customer Service Experience

The manager, or whatever his title is, needs to improve his communication with customers. This branch is lacking in all aspects of prompt service. I truly do not recommend this location.
