I recently went to the animal clinic in Matara and was really impressed by their reasonable prices and welcoming staff. The team showed a genuine level of professionalism and care for the animals. The clinic itself was tidy and well-arranged, contributing to a positive experience. It's an excellent option for quality pet care that won't empty your wallet 🤍

It’s with a heavy heart that I share my experience. I took my Golden Retriever to this veterinary clinic when he was feeling unwell. The vet mentioned my dog had an "organ issue" and gave him around 8 injections, but failed to clearly explain what medications were administered or provide any written information. Soon after receiving the injections, my dog began to bleed from the injection site, experienced black vomiting, became very weak, and his abdomen swelled. His health declined rapidly in just a few hours. We rushed him to another vet and did everything we could, but unfortunately, my dog passed away that same night. While I’m not a veterinarian, I have serious concerns about the lack of explanation, the numerous injections given without transparency, and the sudden severe reaction. Pet owners deserve clear communication, accurate diagnoses, and documentation before such intense treatments are performed. I urge others to be cautious and ask questions before consenting to multiple injections.

They offer an excellent variety of cat and dog food at fair prices. Plus, they have liquid tick treatment for cats that refuse tablets.

This is the finest veterinary clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff delivers exceptional service and are incredibly friendly, kind, and supportive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. As for the doctor, I must say he is among the most professional veterinarians I’ve encountered. He explained everything in a clear and straightforward manner, making it easy to grasp my pet’s condition and treatment. Thank you so much for the wonderful care and treatment given to my cat. I genuinely appreciate your service.

They provided us with great education on how to keep our pet safe, as well as information about food and drink. The welcome and service were outstanding. We can confirm that their support is accessible even over the phone. 🙏
