Dr. Dulshan is one of my go-to vets in Sri Lanka. I first met him while he was at WEcare, and now he has opened his own clinic close to my place in Madiha. Today, he provided free rabies vaccinations and for a small call-out fee, he came to my hotel where I care for three street dogs. He vaccinated all three against rabies, distemper, and parvo. Dr. Dulshan is very professional, speaks excellent English, and provides outstanding service for both pets and street animals. I highly recommend him.

I want to share my heartfelt appreciation for Doctor Dulshan and Mr. Tiren. Doctor Dulshan is an exceptionally skilled veterinarian. I initially took one of my three kittens to another vet, but that doctor failed to identify the illness, and unfortunately, that kitten passed away. Afterwards, I sought help from Doctor Dulshan for my other kittens. He promptly conducted a blood test, which allowed him to quickly identify the virus. By the time we arrived at his clinic, the second kitten was already in a critical state and sadly didn’t survive. However, thanks to Doctor Dulshan's swift action, he successfully saved my third kitten, guiding him through the most dangerous stage of the virus. Not only did Doctor Dulshan treat him at the clinic, but he also took the time to instruct us on how to care for him and administer his medications at home. Mr. Tiren, who assists him, is incredibly gentle with animals and exceptionally skilled in his role. If you genuinely care about your pets, this is the team you can trust completely. May Doctor Dulshan and Mr. Tiren be truly blessed for their selfless service.
