Disappointing Shopping Experience
I recently visited this new shop in Pelawatte with hopes of a great shopping experience, but it was quite disappointing. The store is too small, making it feel cramped and poorly equipped to showcase a good range of essentials. I primarily came to buy imported chocolates, but the selection was almost nonexistent. When I asked the staff about it, they just offered excuses regarding the limited space. Instead, the shelves were cluttered with unnecessary local items like basic spices and salts, which isn’t what I expected from this kind of store. The only items available in abundance were Oreo chocolates, and they were being sold at discounted prices. However, I noticed these chocolates were set to expire in just two weeks, which explains the price drop. It’s unacceptable to sell near-expiry products as discounts without giving proper notice.
