Fantastic Grocery Spot!

Keels Batharamulla is truly fantastic! 😍 The location is incredibly convenient. The food quality is exceptional, offering everything from fresh vegetables to delightful bakery items. I also appreciate the cleanliness and the friendly service. It's definitely my top choice for quick grocery trips and essentials. I highly recommend it!

Disappointing Service and Food Quality

I had a very disappointing visit to "Keells Battaramulla." I asked for a flower bouquet and was told by security that there was stock available in the back office, but the store staff kept passing me around. They even laughed among themselves, showing no seriousness about customer service. One employee said, “it’s not my department,” and when I requested to speak with the manager, another staff member went to the back office and came back saying that the Store Manager, Mr. Kasun, was busy and couldn’t meet with me. This felt extremely unprofessional and reflected a lack of accountability. Moreover, from my previous experiences, I tend to avoid buying lunch from this location while working nearby due to the poor food quality. Instead, I opt to order from Thalawathugoda Keells through PickMe, even though it costs a bit more, as the quality there has been noticeably better.

Great Service and Pleasant Atmosphere

The customer service here is excellent, and the setting is quite appealing. They offer the same popular items as other food markets, along with bakery goods and meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The parking lot is spacious too.

Convenient and Clean Supermarket

Keells Battaramulla stands out as one of the most accessible supermarkets in the area. The store is tidy, well-organized, and consistently stocked with fresh produce, groceries, and everyday necessities. Their bakery section offers some really appealing choices. Most of the staff are friendly and eager to help, making the shopping experience enjoyable. Plus, parking is much easier here compared to other local supermarkets. The only drawback is that the staff in the bakery and food section can be a bit slow at times, and there are occasions when no one is available, leading to longer waits than anticipated. However, despite this issue, it remains my preferred supermarket in Battaramulla.
