    Convenient but needs improvements

    This roadside outlet operates from 7am to 11pm and has limited parking for vehicles. The air conditioning is decent, and the staff were helpful in assisting with choices even at 10pm. They offer a range of items including meat, bakery goods, fruits, vegetables, and pharmacy products. However, I noticed that the prices for fruits and vegetables are slightly higher compared to other supermarkets. Additionally, if you visit at night, there’s no illuminated sign to guide you there. On a positive note, the outlet is wheelchair accessible.

    I had a fantastic experience at the LAUGFS Koswatta outlet, and I want to highlight the remarkable service from the manager, Mr. Dasanayaka. He is highly professional, polite, and consistently attentive to customer needs. His leadership is evident in the efficiency and friendliness of the whole staff.

    Coupon Issue at Koswatta Laugfs

    The coupon stated clearly that customers could use it until May 17th, but the night shift staff at Koswatta Laugfs refused to honor it. When I questioned a senior staff member, they informed me that management set a deadline of May 16th.

    Disappointed by Unresponsive Service

    I've tried calling this number multiple times, but they've turned it off. It's currently 3:17 AM, and I'm trying to find out if they have a pharmacy open for an emergency. I'm really let down by this.

    Disappointing Customer Service Experience

    I won't be returning to this supermarket. The customer service was terrible. When I went in to buy a chicken pack, the girl was in such a rush that she weighed it without even calculating the price based on the weight. I had to wait at the cashier for the price to be figured out. I asked her about other options, but she responded very carelessly. Normally, I'm a customer at Keels, and they always say thank you, unlike this place.
