We stopped by Laughs Supermarket on Monday, August 11th, after hearing great things about their bread. Unfortunately, we ended up with two loaves of stale bread, which was quite disappointing. Although the store offers a nice variety and maintains a clean layout, this experience was a letdown. I hope they can improve their quality control moving forward.

I was extremely let down by Laughs Supermarket during my visit on July 4 at 1:00 AM. When I asked the staff if I could use a restroom due to an urgent need, I was told there were no restroom facilities available at all. I was taken aback, especially at that hour. I had no option but to leave and fortunately stumbled upon a closed Pizza Hut nearby. Even though they were not open, the staff there showed incredible kindness by allowing me to use their staff washroom through the back. That's what true humanity looks like. Laughs Supermarket really needs to rethink how they treat individuals in genuine need. It's not merely about adhering to rules—it's about showing basic compassion.

For the past ten years, I can't recall a night when I haven't stopped by Laughfs. It's the most convenient supermarket in the Pelawatte area. Despite its smaller size, it offers an incredible variety, and the staff is simply the best.
