Disappointing Experience with Drivers

I visited Sri Lanka from January 11 to January 17. The driver assigned to us, Mr. Noelle, seemed primarily focused on taking us to places like a spice garden, a carving factory, and a precious stones factory, all spots where he could earn a commission. We had clearly stated that our goal for the holiday was relaxation, not shopping. Additionally, we were charged for tickets that were already included in our package (the Maadu package), but I managed to get a refund after my Chennai contact intervened. Overall, my holiday mood was ruined. I urge the company to hire better drivers with clear instructions.

Additionally, he is a very safe and proficient driver, and the car was always clean and comfortable, which made our travels between cities quite pleasant. Reflecting on our trip, what stands out the most is the warmth and care we received throughout. We are incredibly thankful to Redapple Travel & Holidays Lanka Pvt Ltd and especially to Lakmal for making our honeymoon so smooth, memorable, and special. We highly recommend them.

Exceptional service in Sri Lanka

Excellent Travel Experience in Sri Lanka

I recently took a brief trip to Sri Lanka for the Indo Pak match, and our travel agent from India arranged transportation through Red Apple. Everything was seamlessly organized, starting from the airport pickup to the drop-off on the last day.
