Consistently Good Service with a Hygiene Concern
As a regular customer for haircuts, eyebrow shaping, and waxing, I consistently receive excellent service here. The staff are always friendly and professional, and I leave satisfied with the results each time. However, I do have a suggestion for improvement: during the waxing procedure, the bed features a leather-covered mattress without a disposable cover. This often leads to wax patches on the mattress, and I occasionally find wax spots on my skin after my appointment. Implementing disposable tissue bed sheets for each customer would greatly enhance both hygiene and comfort. Overall, the service is great, but I hope to see this minor hygiene enhancement soon.
