Relaxing Treatments for Stress Relief

After my doctor identified my dominant dosha, I enjoyed a soothing oil massage suitable for all doshas, Shirodhara, which involves pouring a generous amount of oil on the forehead to alleviate stress, tension, and stiffness. Additionally, I experienced a warming massage using a hot, upside-down teru teru bozu-like device, which was incredibly relaxing. The staff consistently encouraged me to ask for anything I needed. There was a shower available, but it only had cold water. They kindly turned off the air conditioning at my request since it was chilly. I didn't have time to shower, so I used a towel to wipe off the oil. Once I got home, I was pleased to find that the oil washed off completely with soap. After my long journey, my body felt rejuvenated. I suggest booking your treatment well in advance. Also, it's important to note that while the office and branch share the same name, they have different addresses.
