Hello everyone. I previously visited the salon and had recommended it to many of my friends from abroad. Their tattooing, haircuts, and clean-ups are excellent. 💯 However, I had a frustrating experience on my wedding day, January 2, 2026. I spoke with the receptionist beforehand to confirm that I needed grooming at my hotel. On the day of my wedding, they didn't arrive on time, so I called to check on them. The receptionist told me they would not be coming since I mentioned I would go to the salon. I never said I was going to the salon to get ready. I understand that miscommunications can happen, but the salon was only 15-20 minutes from Jetwing Blue, where I was staying. They could have at least asked if everything was okay or if they should send someone. Unfortunately, they ruined my wedding day, and I had to do my hair myself. It's unfortunate that an unprofessional receptionist can damage the reputation of such a great salon.

I visited the salon with badly damaged nails due to chipping gel polish. The staff was excellent—very patient and gentle. The overall atmosphere was calming and visually pleasing.

I had an amazing time at Suan Styles Saloon! I went in for a men's haircut and facial, and I was really impressed by the service. The staff were professional and friendly, taking the time to really understand the style I wanted. The haircut turned out neat and well-finished, showing great attention to detail. The facial was just as good—very relaxing and refreshing. You can tell they use high-quality products, and the entire process felt clean and well-organized. Overall, this is a fantastic spot for men’s grooming. I highly recommend it if you're after a fresh look and some self-care! 👍
