We connected with this tour company through a friend and had a fantastic overall experience. Our coordinators, Samitha and Inusha, were very attentive to our needs throughout the process. Communication was generally good, and they provided a well-organized tour plan, truly taking into account what we wanted to explore and experience. We particularly appreciated their initiative of planting trees for every tour they conduct. It felt meaningful, and we were glad to contribute to that cause. One area where they could improve is communication, as it could have been a bit better at times. Overall, it was a positive and memorable experience, and we would definitely recommend them.
