Terrible courier service experience

This is by far the worst courier service! They never pick up when I try to call to complain or check the tracking of my package. Once, they accepted my call but listened for less than a minute before hanging up. I tried calling back multiple times, but there was no answer. I would never recommend them again! A delivery rider called me two days ago and said my package would arrive today, but I still haven't received it, and now his phone is turned off!

Frustrating delivery experience

The service here is extremely poor and unreliable. According to both the supplier and Sitrek’s tracking system, my parcel is marked as In-Transit, but the courier insists they have no information and claim the parcel was never handed to them. This is a complete contradiction. To make matters worse, the delivery city is incorrectly listed as Colombo, even though my address clearly states Kandy Town, Kandy. The supplier has confirmed that they provided the correct address. It has now been over four days with no updates, clarity, or accountability regarding my parcel. The level of miscommunication and lack of tracking transparency is simply unacceptable. If a courier can't accurately track parcels or provide consistent information, they shouldn't be in the delivery business at all. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.

Efficient service with delivery hiccup

Sitrek Lanka Courier Services (Pvt) Ltd excels at quickly picking up orders; my package was collected efficiently and without any problems. However, I faced a bit of disappointment with the delivery. The courier marked my package as delivered a day prior, stating that I was not home, when in fact it had not been delivered at all. The staff members are friendly and accommodating, and overall, the service is quite dependable. If they could just improve their delivery details, it would be top-notch. In summary, it's a solid company with some areas for enhancement in delivery coordination.

Terrible courier service experience

Sitrek Courier could easily be the worst courier service globally, and definitely the worst in Sri Lanka's already subpar market. I know of one small business that nearly collapsed due to their inability to deliver on time and without damage. They claim deliveries will happen the next day, but it takes them two weeks instead. My package has been stuck in their Colombo warehouse for a week, and after 14 calls over the last five days, I still haven't received any response. AVOID!!!

Extremely unprofessional courier service

I've had the worst experience with this courier service. They handled my important documents in a very careless and unprofessional way. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of responsibility, and their responses were incredibly poor. It's frustrating to witness such a deficiency in basic service standards. I can't recommend this service to anyone.
