Terrible Customer Service Experience
The service was awful. The agent was disrespectful, and when she made an error, she suggested I find another travel agent and hung up on me. I chose to share my experience on Facebook instead of confronting them directly, but they blocked me. If a customer shares their experience publicly, they wouldn't even be aware of it. I was polite and spoke clearly, yet within three minutes, this was the outcome. It feels like a scam.
